Epygi Technologies Partners with FaxBack to Incorporate Microsoft Fax into Epygi’s VoIP Phone Systems.

Alliance Brings the Convenience of Desktop Fax and Print-to-Fax Capabilities to Epygi’s SMB and Small/Medium Enterprise Customers at No Additional Cost.

Epygi Technologies, Ltd., a worldwide provider of small to medium business IP PBX telephone systems, and FaxBack, a leading provider of reliable VoIP fax server solutions for business, enterprise and carrier applications, announced on August 31, 2009, an alliance to incorporate FaxBack’s Microsoft Fax plug-in into the award-winning Epygi Quadro family of business communication systems.

This alliance brings the convenience of Microsoft’s desktop fax and print-to-fax capabilities to Epygi’s users, at no additional cost.

Epygi’s Quadro IP PBXs, Quadro Gateways, and Quadro Conference Servers are specifically designed to provide the IP-based communications capabilities that SMB, SOHO, and small enterprise customers seek, at dramatically reduced costs. As part of its product strategy, Epygi partners with select vendors to expand its product capabilities, to provide its customers with the best-of-breed capabilities they need to maximize productivity.

FaxBack helps companies complete their business communication strategy beyond voice and data, by adding VoIP-fax capabilities that enable users to easily send, receive and manage faxes from their desktop. For virtual workers, or distributed companies with multiple locations, FaxBack enables the capture and routing of inbound faxes to a remote user’s inbox. And FaxBack’s technology enables the complete archiving and tracking of all fax traffic, to facilitate HIPAA and SOX compliance.

The two companies have partnered together to bring Microsoft’s desktop fax and print-to-fax capabilities to Epygi’s customers at no additional cost. This is accomplished by incorporating FaxBack’s recently announced VoIP Plug-in for Microsoft Fax, into Epygi’s Quadro family of communications solutions. In addition to the Microsoft Fax Plug-in, FaxBack and Epygi have also certified the interoperability of Faxback’s NET SatisFAXtion VoIP Fax Server, which brings FaxBack’s full suite of premise based, enterprise VoIP-fax capabilities to the Quadro product family.

Epygi and Their Solution Partners Educate Resellers on Sales Strategies and the Latest Products at the “Partnering for Success” Seminar in Dallas.

Epygi’s next seminar will be held in St. Louis, Missouri, on September 15, 2009.

Epygi, with the help from their technology partners recently launched their “Partnering for Success: How to Increase Revenue with the Right Solution” seminars, which are designed to educate resellers on sales strategies and the latest products released. The reseller road show began in Dallas, Texas, on August 18, 2009, where resellers were on hand to learn techniques for showcasing and closing more sales with the robust features of the Quadro 5.1, a deeper knowledge of Polycom’s video solutions, and tools to lower their customers’ monthly telecom expenses and provide enterprise level telephony features at a fraction of the cost by selling Cbeyond’s services.

"Epygi’s seminar helped me better identify sales opportunities and more efficiently provide a complete solution to new and existing customers," said Tom Seymour, president of Advanced Network Innovations Corporation. "The product demonstrations were extremely helpful and informative. At the “Partnering for Success” seminar in Dallas, resellers had hands-on experience with all of the latest IP handsets supported by the Quadros, including the Polycom VVX 1500, Polycom KIRK wireless dect solution and snom 820. Epygi will continue to host these seminars throughout the fall. St. Louis, Missouri, is the second of five stops of the Epygi reseller road show. Epygi Technologies, Ltd., fabricante de sistemas telefónicos para la PYME con distribución global se une a ITS en Argentina para distribuir los productos Quadro junto a su cartera de productos de VoIP.
