Hey
Today we have an extension with MER. The extension is used for a support phoneline. Are there an easy way, for our employes to enable/disable, who should be in the MER for this extension? So if a support don't want to recive call for a periode, then they can disable it? |

Hello,
There is no "easy way" (I am supposing this means the way other then from GUI) to make changes in the list of MER, but if the support doesn't want to receive call for a period, he can enable the DND from his phone by dialing the *72 or, if it is an IP phone, by just pressing one functional key.
