Registering the QCM to Quadro

Hi there,

Please forgive me if this has been covered, but i cannot find it anywhere! I have set up my extension for the QCM under my line settings (selected QCM under phone model -> selected username and password -> saved) and have used that same username and password for the the QCM registration.... i have then pointed the QCM to the Quadro's Lan IP address....But i just cannot get it to register. On the QCM it come up saying "Not registered" temp unavailable. and on the quadro under events the registration has failed Reason - No such line configured.... Please can someone enlight me as to what i am doing wrong? i have checked and doubled checked the username and password.... is there something i am not doing??? I have to get this right.. please help.
