How do I get the upgrade?

How do I get the upgrade? I have had an epygi sitting in stock for 2 years. I would like to upgrade it and sell it to a customer.

Thats good idea . Better late than never... Are you a reseller? Hopefully if you get more familiar with Quadro using this old unit, you may want to sell more to the customer..

If you don't see the "Downloads" section in the support portal after you log in at support.epygi.com, you would probably need to register your device to get access with downloads area to get the new version.
Alternatively, depending on which version do you have on your device, if you have there "Automatice Firwmware update" option (it should in the "System-> Configuration Management" section), you can use that to get the newest version.
