I have had to upgrade my notebook and unfortunately all hardware is now shipped with VISTA. I have managed to install QCM on the vista machine, but i have found that there are issues.

1. Sound is very noisy so its very hard to hear the other side and them to hear me.

2. Random problems occurs forex. if the phone rings, I try and pick it up from he notebook but it keeps ringing on the notebook, even if the phone is picked up by a desk phone. I have given up trying to use it as the sound quality is not usable. Any one have ay tricks to hl resolve this or will a new version of QCM be required to fix this?

thanks

As far as I know, this problem is fixed in the latest QCM release: 4.1.18. It was published in Feb 2010.

Best regards,
David
