Default IP Phone registration lost

Here's the scenario - Quadro 16x FM 5.1.39 snom 300, 320 and 360 handsets with FM 7.3.14 and some with 7.3.30

Quadro is behind a Cisco Linksys wireless router, Quadro has firewall turned off, everything through WAN port with static IP to Cisco, no SIP trunk requirement use 4 POTS, no remote phones, everything on cisco lan

phones connect, can dial in/out, vm, aa everything works well, except phones

problem is I'm getting the following error: ip phone registration lost IP phone user CSR1 [192.168.1.111:2048] has lost registration. Reason: Timeout occurred

anybody run into anything similar?
