Hi, what is the firmware version of your Quadro ? Is it 2x or 4x/16x ? The version v1.0.8.33 is our recommended one, it is tested in our lab to have no problem with Quadro, so you must use that version. What is the old version, that the phone reverts back ? Actually there is no Firmware version Control for BT100 phones in Quadro, so it is obviously not the Quadro is doing firmware downgrade. Are the phones configured with Quadro via Autoprovisioning or you have configured them in manula way ? We suggest to and reset the phone first and use Autoprovisioning.
