Default configure one MAC adress on two extensions

hey,i used snom 360 with two extensions configured in it(i have epygi quadroM32X),such as if you call any of the two extensions, the phone ring.
recently i removed one of of the extensions..and the phone cant dial to any extension ..
i cant have outgoing calls in the phone, but i can get an incoming calls.
when i try to make a call its show to me the extension isnt available(although she is).
only when i reboot the quadroM32X(which drops(!!!) all of the extensions in my organization and bring them up again slowely) i could use the phone again for outgoing calls.
someone have any idea how to fix this more efficiently?
