When a caller is leaving message at a given extension during off hours and it happens to be running long and another person also calls the same extension and wants to leave a message, 2nd caller will get the mailbox is full message. Is there any way so that PBX is able to record 2 voicemails for the same extension at the same time from 2 different callers? If not, is there a way to forward the call to another extension when a caller is already leaving a voicemail so that the 2nd user will not get a false mailbox is full message? I have already tried to enable the Call Forward busy on the extension and that does not work. Is this a bug or by design? Is there a workaround? |
