Hi,
I have Q4x with FW 5.0.19 with Aastra 9133i phones. The Q4x is attached directly to the WAN. The ITSP is nexVortex. When external calls come into the office, intermittantly, the caller can hear the receiver ans. the phone, but the receiver cannot hear the caller. This happens using the ITSP numbers, but not the FXO numbers. Any suggestion of where to look or what to adjust to prevent this from happening? Thanks Den |

i am having they same issue on a 16x with 5.0.18 (latest for 16x). mostly however when calling out and on 9133's too! Can try to verify that it is only thru ITSP, i think it is both fxo and ITSP.

The 95% of all the one-way audio issues come from the incorrect NAT setup/settings. So look for the problem roots in the NAT setup.
