Default Multiple parking extensions not working

Hi,
I have a quadro 4x system with snom 320 and 360 phones attached. I have setup call parking using *5 and 8 call park extensions. The first call goes to 400, the second to 401 etc. The problem is you cannot retrieve a call from any of the additional exts. The phone shows it is parked at 401, the light blinks, but connecting to that ext. says that it doesn't exist. It works fine for the first call, but that is it. I can't figure this out, its driving me crazy. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello,

Which firmware are you using?
There was an problem with picking up a parked PSTN call from IP Phone. The main goal of the last firmware (5.1.18 for 4x/16x, 5.1.19 for 2x and 5.1.21 for M32x) was to fix that problem. You can find the information about that problem under the Fixed Issues of RN of last firmwares.
If you are using the older firmware the upgrade should fix that problem.

Best Regards,
Ruben
