Video Call and QUADRO

Hi. I have two IP Video Phone Grandstream GXV-3000 as extensions (direct-direct or direct-remote) of Quadro version 5.0.16. I have no problems with connection and audio call between those equipments. But video connection after dial number of extension is without function. Video connection is possible only with "Direct IP Adress Call" from Phone. Phone has video-codec H264, H263 and H263+. Supports Quadro transmission for video codec? What to make? Thanks for answer.

Video will be supported in 5.1 release on QuadromM32x. The beta release in the mid of November and genereal availability - end of December 2008.

The transparent transmission of video codecs will be supported on 2x,4x,16x too.
In 5.1.x versions, of course

Can someone please Reply the original question of this Thread (up to date), since the 5.1 firmware is all ready out.

Is there a manual that explains were to configure the H.264 in the extension ?

Hi,

my personal experience:
Videocall is from version 5.1 without any problems for Q2/Q4/Q16. Only it is necessary to turn ON (Enable) the codecs H.264 or/and H.263 in the menu "Codecs" for "Extensions Management".
