Quadro 4L Behind Firewall

I have a Quadro 4L that is behind a firewall.......the ports have been opened for registration and I am currently able to access the IPPBX through https:....my problem is registering remote extension...i cannot get an Aastra 9133i to register to my quadro even though the ports have been setup on the firewall to allow...here is the message i am getting....any help would be appreciated:

Hello

According to the logs on the REGISTER message Quadro answers to the phone with error message "Bad host name in To header field" because receives incorrect parameters in REGISTER message.
To: 400 <sip:400@>
From: 400 <sip:400@>
After "@" must be an IP address of Quadro on which you want to register your phone(for example "To: 400 <sip:400@172.30.0.1"). The reason can be incorrect configuration of the IP phone or maybe in your network there is something that changes these fields(TO,From) in REGISTER messages.
