After upgrading Windows XP to SP3 I cannot use HotCall (version 1.11.1) at MS Outlook 2003 (Firmware of QUADRO is 4.1.58 and 5.0.11). After "Activate" is now the message: "The connection is not established. Check conection's settings". Before upgrading it was all right. Is it problem in cooperation HotCall with WIN SP3?

There should not be any issue with SP3. Please enable the developer logs on Quadro, configure the log file options on HotCall, make another activation try and then open the ticket on Technical Support attaching the system logs from Quadro and logs from HotCall.
