Hi,
Using the hotcall facility with Outlook I have observed the following. For an incoming call the caller id is not indicated in the hotcall window but only the Epygi extension number (pbx:31 for example). The same for an outgoing call. The called person does not receive the caller id. Did I forget to configure something ? Best regards Daniel |

Hi Daniel,
the caller id could be pbx:31, if the caller is local extension. could you please clarify the following: what does it show if call comes fro external source (pstn or sip)? Best regards, David UPDATE: as far as I know you are working with Epygi tech support to find the problem. Please inform us if you come to any conclusion. Thanks ![]() |
