I'm trying to upload the wav files for the auto attendent, and used this prescribed format (A-Law/8,000 Hz/8 Bit/Mono) using MS Sound Recorder, and the sound quality is absolutely terrible. The quality of regular voicemail messages and manually recorded greeting over VoIP phone is far better. Is there a better format I can use? if not, how can I recorded the auto attendent wav files via a VoIP phone instead of uploading the wav files from the admin pages? |
