Default IP-pstn

Hi there

Ive got an voip carrier registered for incoming and outgoing calls.
outgoing calls via the voip carrier works fine.
When i try to make a call to the ip pstn number it fails on the dialler side with engaged tone. according to the logs the system does recieve the invitation but does not connect the call. can any one please help me with it

Corne, which version are you using? I mean is there a reason this thread is opened in the "Quadro Beta Testing" forum?

Related to the rest - there is too few information to tell anything. "Call Controller" logs (with "Developer Logs" box switched ON beforehand) would be needed to see where the call went to.
From the previous experience I would suggest also to check whether the "Route all incoming SIP calls to Call Routing" checkbox is set on the "Telephony"-"Call Routing" page. You could have such problem if it is enabled without a good reason..
