Default Intercom - supported phones

Hi there, intercom works well for Aastra, Snom, Grandstream but have had no success with Linksys SPA942. The 942 just rings as normal when you intercom call it. Have exhausted web research , wondered if you have any pointers and/or is Is there a list of supported phones? cheers/Lee

Epygi can guarantee the work of intercom only for the phones in "Epygi Supported Phones List". That list in in the release notes.

Every phone may its own way to intercom, some of them use the "Alert-Info" of the SIP INVITE message, others use "Call-Info" header. Other may use something different or may not be able to intercom at all.

As far as I know, currently Quadro can trigger intercom on Snom, Aastra, Grandstream and Polycom phones.

Best regards,
David
