Hi,
I have a problem, which only occurs when using the Acrobits iPhone softphone, however it is the Quadro which is rejecting. I dial an international number, e.g. 001 234 567 8910 5% of the time, the call gets through 95% of the time, the call is rejected with 404 Not Found ...all I am doing is dialling the same number again (tried manually and redial). National calls (e.g. 07545xxxxxx) and PBX calls work fine. I have two logs from the Quadro; one good, one bad (attached). Can anyone tell what is causing the bad call to fail? |

Hi,
It seems to me that problem comes from "pbx.squire-technologies.co.uk" hostname being configured(instead of Quadro LAN IP) in the configuration of the Acrobits. I think the "pbx.squire-technologies.co.uk" is not configured in Quadro as self hostname, so the call request is not treated as Quadro own call. Change the configuration on the Acrobits to use Quadro IP instead of specified hostname or add that hostname in Quadro DynDNS configuration as "Host" and the problem should be resolved. Regards. |
