I've installed this app and all working as described in the documentation.
However I would like it to immediately call the number, e.g. I don't want to lift the receiver to place the call.
Also, if I don't lift the receiver the call transfers to the extension from the 'Unanswered call forwarding' settings. I don't want this behaviour.

Set your telephone to AUTO ANSWER then it shouldnt be a problem then should it ?

It is. I have a SNOM300 and set to AUTO ANSWER / HANDSFREE
