On Hold Music in a Call Queue

When an incoming call is put in a call queue, the time interval between the welcome message and the queue message is long. During this time the caller doesn't really know what occurs. It would be good to send the on hold music to the caller between the messages.

I tested - it was about 4-5 second. Is it too much...?
