I have a Quadro 6L with the latest firmware. 4 FXO lines are connected and I have to continually reboot the unit as after a call is terminated the FXO port does not release. After a period of time all 4 lines become unavailable and I need to reboot
Were do I need to look for a solution to this. Please help |

Does't the FXO release the line even if you hang up the IP phone on local extension?

Even after hanging up the IP phone on a local extension, sometimes the FXO does not release and after some time all 4 lines become unavailable and the unit needs to be rebooted

Try to unplug the cable from FXO port and make call to that line. Do you hear normal ringback tone? Put the cable back and make another call, do you hear busy tone now?
