I dont know to do

other problem es when I entry in conference management get me the following messange


Warning You have no feature key installed


I dont know where get this feature key


and When entry for to do dial plans

Hi Ricardo,

QuadroM8L supports FXO, but not ISDN. That is the reason you got this error message when trying to enter in the ISDN settings.
To purchase a feature key please contact your distributor or refer to the Epygi Tech support. Specify the feature you wish to purchase and include the Unique ID for your M8L displayed on the menu System - Features page in your request.

It is not clear what you mean when saying trunk. Please describe what type of calls you want to make on QuadroM8L: IP calls or PSTN calls? In both cases you don't need for special configuration. You just need for configuring routing rules in the call routing table. In case of PSTN call the default routing rule 9* is enough for making call to PSTN.

Regarding you question on the feature key. Feature keys are not provided automatically together with Quadro. If you want to run conferences then you have to purchase a feature key

I need to make a IP calls and need to conect with other central IP that I have for this reason I need to make a trunk ??

This trunk I can make in the option call routing or , where can I do a trunk ??????
