x-lite weirdness

Got x-lite running no worries, cannot configure voicemail on Quadro, no DTMF tones work!

But they do work fine on IP-PSTN calls !!!

I cannot see where this could be configured on the PBX or x-lite. Latest versions of both.

Actually there is no any special configuration to send DTMF tones from X-lite to Quadro - everything must be configured by default. We have checked the X-lite here in our testlab and it has no problem with Quadro. Could you please submit a TSS ticket, describe your networktopology, also attach the x-lite configuration, as well as reproduce the situation and send some logs to us. If you aren't aware about Quadro systemlogs, then will give you step-by-step instruction through TSS channel. Edited by: aramk

Will do. I have another x-lite on the local network that works fine - same version.

The problem one is being used over a VPN, but all voice and dialling is normal, including DTMF on the called IP-PSTN number. It's just the Quadro vm that I'm having problems with.

Will have a bit more of a play tonight and log a call if it persists.

So if one X-lite is working properly, there must be some sonfiguration problem.Will wait for updates.
