Hi, I have a proble to configur 2 remote extention in same office.

Setup main office: Quadro2x 4.1.33 on ADSL connection DynDNs enable, 3 Aastra phone.

Remote office: 1 aastra 57i, 1 Mediatrix 1102.

Problem: I can't make work both aastra and mediatrix at the same time.

When a plug the mediatrix the aastra say NO SERVICE.

I can make work both only when i use the Upnp seting on aastra and router Linksys WRT54GS. But the aastra and mediatrix crash after 5-10 min

When I disable the upnp on phone and router all work great only one by one not the phone and the mediatrix at the same time

The best way to investigate this, is toopen a TSS case and attach the network diagram. Also some systemlogs from Quadro and network captures may be required.

One hint. As I know, the recommended way of Mediatrix configuration is to put the Mediatrix on Quadro's LAN and register it as an IP-Line. There is a document in Downloads section about Mediatrix configuration, that you can read. It is also possible, that it is the only way to use Mediatrix with Quadro. If you are trying to configure Mediatrix and Aastraas a Remote Extension from the same location, some additional configuration might be required, not to mention that it can be alsosimply impossible.
