Default Network: Build in WAN/LAN Route lost...!

Hi

That is the third time I have got this problem, but this time I spend a little bit more time for the investigation.

Network Topology:
ADSL Line WAN > ADSL Router > Switch > Quadro IP PBX > LAN

DSL Router has following config
User "LAN" Side: 192.168.aaa.253 / 255.255.255.252
Static route to: 192.168.aaa.0/25 via 192.168.aaa.254

Quadro has following config
WAN: 192.168.aaa.254 / 255.255.255.252
LAN: 192.168.aaa.1 / 255.255.255.128
Build in static route from WAN to LAN

Problem:
Unpredictable, quardo's build in static route stopped working. LAN clients still reachable, but quadro's lan side ip was down. Same for quadro's wan side IP. DSL router status unknown. Communication to Internet down - of course.

Investigation:
>Break up the connection DSL, Quardo and checked the connectivity towards DSL: OK
>than connected to quadro's WAN side and checked the connectivity towards Quadro WAN side: OK
>Cheched the connectivity towards Quadro's LAN IP and LAN network: not OK
>Disconnected quadro's LAN side and reconnected it at once (Down/UP). Communication to LAN side established, but not stable. Ping packet loss.
>Quadro reboot.
>anything OK!!

Default

Most important's detail: PC/Laptop could not connect to internet, but the IP phones attached to the same LAN could establish outgoing calls

Cool, right!
