Default IVR menu a Auto Attendant extension

Hi!

I'm using a Quadro2X with 4_1_33 software version.
I want to set up an IVR menu for Auto Attendant extension.
I have an XML example with its wave files.
How do I set up it?

You must upload your xml file and the voice promptes from the Attendant page. Open on Quadro GUI "Users -> Extensions Management" page, click on Attendant (AA), then click on "Attendant Scenario" link. Choose option "Custom" and upload your scenario file and voice massages from appropriate fields.

Thank you so much!

I have another question... I'm just starting to use VXML and I want to ask if someone use a third-part tool to build IVR menu or if exist some epygi documentation about it.

You can use any xml/vxml editor.
We have a document in our WEB introducing working with Quadro AA custom scenarios, as well as several scenarios. You can download them from "Channel Portal login -> Support Documents -> Installation Scenarios -> Working with custom scenario of Quadro's Auto Attendant" section.
