Epygi’s Quadro Delivers Better Service to Diners of Michael Anthony’s Restaurant

A premier destination for partygoers and diners alike, Michael Anthony’s Restaurant offers upscale dining with breathtaking views of the Hudson River and downtown Manhattan. Owner Michael Ryan wanted to take advantage of the cost-saving features that a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone system could provide. Epygi Makes Michael Anthony’s Staff More Efficient
The Wanderlogic team, headed by Joe Angeline, CEO and Tony Dimidis, Installation Manager, was tasked with providing the restaurant and its staff a more efficient way to handle diners’ calls. With the Quadro2x and Polycom handsets, Michael Anthony’s staff can now handle their huge volume of incoming calls quickly and efficiently. It is the restaurant’s preference to answer all calls as they come in. When this is not possible, the Quadro, via customizable auto-attendants and call routing to the correct department, help guests to find out directions to the restaurant, hours of operations and information about special events being held at the restaurant.
