In the fourth quarter of 2008, Epygi will focus on educating new and existing resellers. With this enhanced knowledge on the Epygi solution, VARs will be more effective in positioning telephony solutions. “As our reseller base grows in North and South America, Epygi continues to educate our VARs of the advantages of selling and supporting the Epygi solution,” says Epygi’s CEO, Mario Cuello. “Ultimately, this further education will help resellers successfully convey the benefits of a VoIP solution.” |

The Sales Training introduces Epygi Technologies and its Quadro IP telephony products. It then details the ideal target customers, the individual benefits of each Quadro model for different types of offices and organizations, and case studies with specific examples of offers to end users. On the technical support side, the Level 100 training details, at a basic level, how to install and maintain the Quadro IP PBXs, gateways and conference servers. The Level 200 course covers the installation of the systems for more complex customers and advanced troubleshooting. This is a practical, hands-on course where the attending technicians physically install and configure the various models. For the Channel Partners we offer the 1-day Sales Training, and for their technical support engineers we have the 2-3 days Technical Training. Each course is divided into two levels: the basic Level 100 and the more detailed Level 200. The Sales Training will be delivered by Epygi’s local sales agents and distributors. Engineers from Epygi technical support and research & development teams will be running the Technical Training with the distributors and groups of resellers. |

Epygi’s Quadro IP PBXs: Now Available in Italian for Small and Medium Businesses On October 22, 2008, Epygi Technologies, Ltd. announced that its Quadro range of IP PBXs are now available with voice prompts in Italian. Currently, Epygi offers its award-winning VoIP telephony products with 14 language packs, including English, Italian, Spanish, German and French, allowing the equipment to be sold globally. Recent software upgrades and added features have brought extra value to the Quadros, making them even easier to sell, install and use. They are compact, flexible, and compatible with all the major makes of phones, including Polycom, our most recent Technology Partner. Epygi Technologies Introduces Quadro4Li IP PBX
On October 21, 2008, IP PBX and gateway manufacturer, Epygi Technologies, Ltd. has announced the most recent IP PBX launch. The Quadro4Li expands the ISDN BRI capacity in the company’s IP PBX portfolio. Similar in the feature set of the recently released Quadro6L, the Quadro4Li will support both the IP PBX and Key System functionality.
With its Key System features, the Quadro4Li is best suited in warehouses, service shops, small dispatch centers and help desks environments.
