Some of the latest models of Cisco IP phones; the Cisco CP-6851, Cisco CP-7861 and Cisco CP-8851 have been successfully tested to be interoperable with Epygi QX IP PBXs. They are easily configured and have been tested for the full set of Epygi QX telephony features. The auto-provisioning would also be available in the near future.

Epygi Technologies is excited to announce that it's feature-rich QX IP PBXs have been successfully integrated with the latest free SugarCRM Community Edition v6.5.26.
It is an open-source CRM tool, with a user-friendly interface and it has been deployed by more than 2 million users, who rely on SugarCRM to build and maintain good customer relationship.
SugarCRM is a web-based application, which allows QX IP PBX users to make inbound and outbound calls from the SugarCRM using their extensions on the PBX. This functionality is based on the Third-Party Call Control feature of the PBX. When the user selects a contact from the SugarCRM database to make a call, the contact's phone number without any modification is being sent to the PBX. The PBX checks that phone number against the “Destination Number Patterns” of the Call Routing records and makes the call via the matching record.

Auto Dialer is a very useful feature that dials telephone numbers automatically. Some businesses need to contact customers on a daily basis and they usually end up hiring additional staff for handling the day-to-day calling procedures. Whether it is to confirm an appointment or to notify a client that their product is ready, a call must be made. The Epygi Auto Dialer feature gives Epygi IP PBX users the ability to automate this daily process by placing outbound calls to their clients with the option of playing audio messages and the audio menu upon answering the call.

The Epygi Auto Dialer allows the staff members to focus on daily tasks during business hours, and after hours the Auto Dialer can place calls to clients in preparation for the next business day.
