Epygi has recently expanded the list of IP phones which can be efficiently auto provisioned by our QX line of products. We are excited to announce about the successful completion of an interoperability testing and auto-provisioning of new snom and Gigaset IP phones.
The new additions to the list are the snom D120, snom D712, snom D785 and Gigaset Maxwell 3 PRO phones. With the upcoming SW release all these phones will be listed in the supported phones list. We have been partnering with leading phone manufacturers for many years and never stop making new partnerships, making sure our customers get the most out of our combined solution.

Nowadays Epygi's feature-rich QX IP PBXs and Gateways can be efficiently monitored by Epygi’s centralized monitoring tool, ecMON (Epygi Cloud Monitoring Service), which is available on Epygi's CLOUD portal.
The ecMON is a WEB application platform allowing centralized monitoring for Epygi QX devices, regardless if they are on-premise or in CLOUD. One can get real-time event notifications on the application statuses which are running on QXs at that specific timeframe. One of the events allows to trace the quality of VoIP calls per a set of pre-configured criteria. After call completion the call trace notification is generated for further diagnosis.
After receiving a warning notification regarding the poor-quality call one can easily search and filter the call detail records (CDRs) to isolate the affected call. Search criteria includes call origination and destination, call duration, call start date/time and call cost.
For the selected poor-quality calls, the system will provide all necessary diagnostic information based on the estimated call quality, which depends on voice RTP statistics.
ecMON combined with ecQX and on-premise QX solutions becomes the best monitoring solution of both worlds.

With the release of the latest QX software Epygi has enhanced the QX Web Management GUI to be easily useable and navigable.
It would make it easier to configure several of the most frequent parameters on Extension Management, IP Lines, IP Lines Settings, SMS settings, ACD management, NAT traversal and VoIP carrier wizard pages.
The enhancements will help navigate these pages more effectively without having to jump through multiple pages and would save time to configure. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
