With the upcoming release of Epygi's QX IP PBXs, Epygi's favorite mobile application, iQall, will be presented to our customers with new and advanced features.
One of the new features is the Voice Mail Push Notifications which will send new voicemail notifications to the smartphone thus notifying the user that a voicemail is received in the mailbox for the QX's iQall extension. The user can then easily click on the notification and access the mailbox of the iQall extension.
The other enhancement is the Missed Calls Push Notifications feature which will send missed call notifications to the user's smartphone informing him/her of the missed calls to the QX's iQall extension. Again, after receiving the notification the user will be able to easily access the list of callers with a call back option.
There will be only one - iQall Advanced Features license key, needed to cover the two new options along with Epygi's old time favorite, the iQall Mobile Toggling feature. For more details, please contact us.
The new iQall options will currently only be available for Android smartphones. Stay tuned for when the iOS release will be available.
Epygi users will be pleasantly surprised to find out that there will be another great feature available in the upcoming software release. The Automatic Outbound Calling will become another proud member of our feature-rich family and will come in handy for those customers who make numerous calls all day long.
It will allow the users to save a lot of time by automating the outbound dialing and contacting of customers.
The contacts will be called from a web-based application integrated with ACD. The application will allow controlling and monitoring automatic outbound calling sessions on the QX and then prioritizing them by placing the answered calls in a higher priority queue to be answered by an agent.
Whether it is to confirm an appointment or to notify a client that their product is ready, a call must be made. The Epygi Automatic Outbound Calling feature is enabled with a license key and will provide Epygi IP PBX users the ability to automate and expedite this daily process.
