Midrand, Johannesburg, South Africa (September 22, 2011) - Epygi announced today it will have their IP PBXs and various other products on display at VoiceSA on September 22nd in South Africa. Some of the new products include the QX1000, Quadro FXS 26, iQall and Auto Dialer application.
The Epygi QX1000 offers a complete solution for offices with up to 1,000 people. The QX1000 will provide enterprises with all the advanced telephony features already found on the QuadroM product line.
In addition, the Quadro FXS26 Gateway allows up to 26 analog phones to communicate with a new VoIP network. The FXS 26 can be connected to any open standards SIP PBX to support analog phones; thus, allowing a very convenient transition from an analog to an IP phone system.
The iQall application allows Epygi IP PBXs owners to make free calls from their Android or iPhone. Users simply dial the number from their smartphone, and iQall is able to connect through the Epygi IP PBX Quadro to place the call.
Epygi will also be presenting the Epygi Auto Dialer. This feature allows live staff members to focus on daily tasks during business hours, and after hours the Auto Dialer can place necessary calls to clients in preparation for the next business day. When employees return to the office, they can review the call activity report and adjust schedules or deliveries as needed.
"We are excited to be a Silver Sponsor at the VoiceSA event this year and learn more about trends in the industry, as well as get to network with our peers in the market," says Schalk Van Tonder, Epygi's South African Channel Manager.
