The “Send Notification via D&A” feature, a Call Alert Service in QX, is essential for notifying designated personnel about incoming calls, especially in emergencies. It automatically initiates a call to the D&A extension, which then triggers calls to all D&A endpoints, delivering a prerecorded voice message to ensure that important alerts are promptly communicated to the necessary parties.
