NEW: Useful Features for QX Devices

Epygi has introduced two new features for its QX devices, enhancing both call handling and voicemail management. The first is an update to the “Out of Office” service, which now includes a “Do Not Ring Phone” option. This allows users to send incoming calls directly to voicemail without the phone ringing, providing greater flexibility and minimizing disruptions during out-of-office periods.

The second feature is automatic voicemail cleanup, which enables the system to delete voicemails older than a specified number of days, helping to keep mailboxes organized and preventing them from filling up, reducing the need for manual intervention. Together, these updates improve efficiency and simplify communication for users.
