Epygi Award-wining eQall Softphone is Now Available for iOS

Epygi is excited to announce that its premier eQall softphone is now available for mobile devices using iOS as well.

eQall is a full desk phone replacement and is intended to be used only with QX/UC PBX appliances and Epygi’s ecQX, the cloud-based PBX. There is no need to worry about spending on a desk SIP phone or on any costly hardware. All you need is a data connection from your device to the QX. Very conveniently you can take it with you should you need to move offices, work from home or while on the road.

“We’re very excited to roll out Epygi’s eQall softphone for iOS. It comes with a great user interface and a wide range of capabilities. It will certainly enable our users around the globe to collaborate more efficiently,” said Mario Cuello, CEO of Epygi Technologies. “We’re sure that the use of Epygi’s softphone alongside your VoIP solution is guaranteed to meet the needs of your growing business.”

New Interoperability Tests Completed with ALE SIP Devices

Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise SIP Devices, an audio technology expert in the global desk phone market, and Epygi successfully wrapped up miscellaneous tests for realizing products interoperability.

New tests were conducted for Myriad SIP DeskPhones from ALE SIP Devices, Epygi QX IP PBXs and Cloud PBX. Within the Myriad series, currently, there are 3 models (M3, M5, and M7) designed for being an audio hub instead of functioning only as a desk phone, thus increasing call flexibility, productivity and experience. Those 3 models reached interoperability with Epygi’s cloud-based solution Cloud QX (ecQX) and with all QX IP PBXs.

“During the past years of our partnership, we have solidified our commitment to providing cost-effective, customized products with seamless interoperability to end-users. Our collaboration has allowed both companies to expand their markets and provide robust solutions to our customers,” said Andy White, Epygi’s Director of Technical Support and Training.

Epygi’s Cloud Solution – SIMPLE, FLEXIBLE, and AFFORDABLE

TRY it BEFORE you BUY, all for FREE.

The Epygi Cloud QX Service (ecQX) is a Unified Communications Solution in the CLOUD and is the full-fledged counterpart to our renowned QX series of hardware-based PBX systems. With a wide range of highly customizable call features and management capabilities that are comparable to the hardware-based QX devices, the ecQX provides a stable platform to safely migrate your communications environment from hardware-based systems to the CLOUD. Furthermore, unlike some other products out there that restrict your hosting options, the ecQX gives you the choice of hosting it at your data center or have it hosted by us on our systems.

The ecQX is closely integrated with our Epygi Cloud Monitoring (ecMON) product which allows monitoring of the use, resources and access of all monitored devices. It alerts your system administrator in case of system unavailability and about dozens of other parameters at your discretion – FOR FREE. Moreover, our customers can even have temporary access to their PBX device GUIs and the phones registered on the PBX for network emergencies.
