Auto Dialer Application Got a “Makeover”

Epygi Auto Dialer’s graphical user interface has been enhanced and modernized.

It is a PC-based application designed to work with Epygi IP PBXs of QX and UC line. Auto Dialer will call via IP PBX to the pre-defined numbers with the option of playing audio messages and the audio menu upon answering the call.

Outbound calls can be activated manually or automatically on a pre-defined schedule.

Very conveniently, the Auto Dialer will prompt the called party to enter a response by pressing one or more DTMF keys to navigate through menus. Then the entered responses will be updated in the calling list.

The Auto Dialer’s target groups are small doctors’ offices, independent pharmacies, schools, and other service providers that call their customers daily as part of their operating procedures.

Feature Highlight: Gateway Hosted Survivability

Epygi’s Gateway Hosted Survivability helps secure your telephony system, allowing your business to continue making and receiving internal calls or calls to PSTN, even when your broadband connection to a hosted platform has been lost.

With this feature enabled, the QXFXO4 and QXE1T1 gateways, installed in the company’s network, serve as a secondary registrar server for IP phones connected to a hosted platform. When the broadband to the hosted platform fails, the gateway takes the lead and routes the calls from/to IP phones. If needed, the calls from PSTN can be quickly terminated on the gateway’s Auto Attendant and routed from there to IP phones.
