eQall Softphone – Got a New Feature
In the upcoming QX software release, eQall will have a new great feature available for its numerous users. It will allow the users to customize the color of the application’s banner per their taste.
Combining this with the eQall’s custom logo feature will enable users to upload their desired logo and reset the banner color accordingly, thus creating an interface consistent with your business’s brand’s color scheme.
Companies using eQall for their employees can encourage them to customize the application, thus developing a distinctive culture associated with their business.

Atcom IP Phones are Now Interoperable with Our QX IP PBXs
Epygi has recently expanded the list of IP phones which can be efficiently auto-configured by our QX and UC line of products.
In the upcoming SW release, we have added PnP and auto-configuration support for the Atcom D26/D21/D20 and D38/D33/D32 IP phones.
The above-mentioned IP phones provide an affordable and scalable on-site solution. They are cost-effective IP phones specially designed for office staff. The innovative multi-scene key mode of those phones can be used to expand up to 12 visible DSS keys, which would improve the productivity of your office employees.

Automatic Outbound Calling Feature Enhanced
The Epygi Automatic Outbound Calling (AOC) feature automates outbound calls directly to clients. It is a web-based application designed to monitor automatic outbound call sessions on QX.
In the new SW version, the AOC application is integrated with Epygi ACD Console (EAC) application. It will allow call center agents to watch the AOC queues in EAC dashboard in a similar way as in the case of regular ACD queues.
That means if you have EAC license together with AOC you can noticeably enhance your AOC capabilities concerning the queue summary, agent status, and call details.
