Efficient Remote Communication with IP Phone Proxy Service
The IP Phone Proxy Connection Service simplifies the configuration of remote IP phones or SIP trunks, allowing seamless connection to any on-premise QX or ecQX ISO PBX without requiring changes to the on-premise router. This service ensures minimal voice quality issues on all calls, providing a reliable and high-quality communication experience. Managed and operated on the Epygi cloud, the service offers a hassle-free solution for businesses looking to streamline their remote communication setup. It eliminates the need for complex network adjustments, making it an efficient choice for organizations of all sizes.
The service is available in two variants: Standard Proxy Connection (SPC) and Advanced Proxy Connection (APC). SPC is available at no additional cost for Epygi eQall softphones and third-party IP phones auto-provisioned from QX. On the other hand, APC requires an APC license to be installed on QX or ecQX ISO. To use APC on an IP phone or eQall, the corresponding IP line must also be enabled with APC.
This flexibility allows businesses to choose the option that best fits their needs, ensuring optimal performance and scalability for their communication systems.

Great NEW Feature: Call Recording Transcription

We’ve added a call recording transcription feature with two options. Simple Transcription converts the entire call into a single text, while Diarization distinguishes between speakers, transcribing each person’s speech separately. This makes it ideal for multi-speaker conversations like meetings or interviews. Both options save time and improve accuracy, turning spoken conversations into actionable written records. Whether for client calls or team discussions, this feature simplifies documentation and enhances productivity.
The feature is designed to be user-friendly and accessible, ensuring seamless integration into your workflow. By transforming audio into searchable and shareable text, it empowers teams to focus on insights and decision-making rather than manual note-taking.
