Feature Enhancement: Epygi ACD Console

Epygi’s call center solution offers a comprehensive set of features tailored for dedicated or small corporate call centers. This solution combines three essential tools: Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Automatic Outbound Calling (AOC), and Epygi ACD Console (EAC).
The Epygi ACD Console (EAC) is a web-based application specifically designed for ACD administrators and supervisors to monitor call center activities effectively.
ACD serves as a central hub for managing and analyzing data related to its operations. A recent enhancement to the ACD CallBack feature now allows users in the ACD queue to request a callback by pressing “1.” The system then prompts them to choose between receiving the callback at their original calling number or specifying an alternate phone number for added flexibility.

Epygi Offers Data Security for Call Recordings

Make sure your client’s data is safe and secure with our encryption capabilities. Your recorded voice interactions can now be encrypted in transit, providing an added layer of protection.
We have support for sending call recordings via FTP as encrypted files. The receiving server can decrypt these files using the same technology, ensuring secure access when needed in the future.
By emailing or storing data in an encrypted format, we safeguard it against unauthorized access, maintaining the highest standards of data security.
