NEW Feature: Voice-Enabled Auto Attendant

In the latest public release, Epygi will introduce support for voice-enabled custom scenarios for auto attendants, which can be activated using a license key, providing businesses the flexibility to enable this feature when needed. This feature allows callers to navigate custom auto attendant menus using natural voice commands, in addition to traditional phone key presses.

To interpret voice input, the system uses AI-powered speech recognition, ensuring fast and accurate responses. This functionality can be especially useful for businesses with complex call flows or organizations that receive a high volume of calls, as it reduces wait times and makes menu navigation more intuitive. It is also highly beneficial in hands-free situations—for example, when customers are driving, multitasking, or have accessibility needs—providing a smoother and more inclusive caller experience. Overall, it makes calling faster, simpler, and more convenient.
