NEW: Epygi ecMON Cloud Service Gets an AI Assistant (AIA)

We are excited to announce that the Epygi ecMON cloud service will soon be upgraded with a powerful new feature — the AI Assistant (AIA), powered by OpenAI technology.

AIA delivers fast, accurate answers to customer questions about Epygi products and services, helping users find the information they need more efficiently.

Trained on Epygi’s own documentation, the assistant goes beyond general responses and can provide practical troubleshooting guidance, step-by-step instructions, and expert recommendations. It interacts in a natural, conversational way and remembers the context of previous questions, allowing customers to dig deeper or refine their inquiries without starting over.

This enhancement brings significant value by reducing response times, improving self-service capabilities, and minimizing the effort required to resolve common technical issues. It helps both end users and resellers get clearer answers faster, ultimately boosting productivity and reducing support overhead.

The AI Assistant will soon be available to all Epygi customers with an active ecMON subscription.

NEW: Voice-Enabled Auto Attendant Expanded to Multiple Languages

Epygi’s upcoming public release for QX IP PBXs introduces enhanced support for voice-enabled custom scenarios in the auto attendant. Activated through a license key, this feature lets callers navigate menus using natural voice commands instead of relying only on key presses, making communication faster and more intuitive. Powered by AI-powered speech recognition, the system accurately interprets requests, helping callers reach their destination quickly—an advantage for businesses with complex call flows, high call volumes, or customers who need hands-free or more accessible interaction.

With this update, voice commands are expanding beyond English to include Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese, making the system even more effective for multilingual and international users.

Overall, the enhanced Voice-Enabled Auto Attendant delivers a smarter, modern caller experience and a more efficient communication flow for businesses.
