Simplified Contact Management with Epygi Phone Book

The Phone Book service, available on all Epygi IP PBXs, simplifies calling by allowing users to quickly reach their desired destinations. Extensions within the same QXs can place calls by simply entering the contact’s name, as stored in the phone’s local directory, eliminating the need to remember or manually dial numbers.
In the latest public release, the Phone Book service has been enhanced with Phone Book Group functionality. This improvement allows IP phones that support contact grouping to organize entries into separate groups, making contact management more structured and efficient.
