Improved ACD Callback Logic

Epygi has upgraded its ACD callback feature, improving both configuration and call handling for greater efficiency and ease of use.
The callback function itself has been significantly updated. Now, before placing a callback call, the system will first reserve an available agent. Only after an agent is secured will the system dial the remote party. Once the remote party answers, the call is immediately connected to the reserved agent, ensuring a smoother and more responsive customer experience.
The configuration page has also been updated with new parameters and clearer field names, making setup and management more user-friendly.

Epygi Expands Supported Yealink IP Phone List

Epygi has released a new software update for its QX IP PBXs, adding Plug and Play (PnP) and auto provisioning support for a wide range of Yealink devices, including the T73U, T73W, T74U, T74W, T77U, T85W, T87W, CP925, CP935W, and CP965 IP phones.
The update also includes PnP and auto configuration support for the Yealink W90 DECT Manager and auto configuration support for the W90B Base Station.
These enhancements make it easier than ever to deploy and manage Yealink phones within a unified communications environment. With seamless integration and simplified provisioning, businesses can roll out large-scale installations quickly and efficiently—ideal for multi-site deployments.
