ecMON, Epygi’s Cloud-based Monitoring Tool

ecMON is an integral part of the Epygi Cloud QX Service (ecQX), offering cloud-based monitoring for Epygi QX IP PBXs and Gateways through a web application platform.

This tool facilitates centralized supervision and management of all active QX devices irrespective of location (on-premise or in the cloud). It effectively monitors over one hundred diverse events on ecQX and reports them to the system administrator, helping to identify and resolve problems quickly.

Once configured, all online QX PBXs will be shown in a centralized directory with key configuration settings and performance parameters. Conveniently accessible via a WEB browser, ecMON will provide real-time event notifications on QX application statuses.

With the most recent updates, ecMON’s dashboard now offers detailed visualizations of SIP Registrations categorized by server and model. Moreover, it conveniently displays the specific QX models registered for each server.

New: eQall’s Distinctive Ring Tone

Epygi’s award-winning eQall has evolved into a comprehensive desk phone replacement, especially for remote work. Whether on a Windows laptop or Android/iOS cell phone, users can establish a remote extension.

With the latest updates, eQall now offers an enhanced feature – a distinctive ringtone capability. This allows you to configure a specific ringtone for each account registered on eQall.

This added flexibility not only brings convenience but also ensures users easily identify incoming calls from different accounts, making communication more efficient and personalized.

In addition to basic telephony functions, eQall offers advanced features such as seamless auto-provisioning via QR code, automatic connection to the appropriate QX interface, smooth interface switching, voice mail access, and call history tracking. Additionally, calls can be recorded, providing management with valuable insights for improved workflows.

Feature Enhancement: Call Alert Service

The Call Alert Service in QX is vital for notifying designated personnel about calls, particularly in emergencies. A new feature, “Send Notification via D&A,” has recently been introduced. It initiates a call to the D&A extension, triggering calls to all D&A endpoints and delivering a prerecorded voice message.

This service also includes:

  • Generate System Event: Triggers system events using various notification methods.
  • Send Notification via Email: Sends notifications to specified email addresses.
  • Send Notification via SMS: Sends notifications to specified phone numbers via SMS.
  • Leave Voice Message: Sends voicemail to selected mailboxes with the caller’s extension number.

These varied notification methods promptly inform designated personnel about incoming calls, facilitating quick actions as needed.
