Epygi’s call center solution offers a comprehensive set of features tailored for dedicated or small corporate call centers. This solution combines three essential tools: Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Automatic Outbound Calling (AOC), and Epygi ACD Console (EAC).

The Epygi ACD Console (EAC) is a web-based application specifically designed for ACD administrators and supervisors to monitor call center activities effectively. Supervisors can easily access agent login and logout times, enhancing oversight.

ACD serves as a central hub for managing and analyzing data related to its operations. EAC stores and formats ACD data, enabling the generation of real-time and statistical reports on call center activities.
